Marcus Sawyerr is a globally recognized leader in the future of work, inclusion, innovation, and AI for good. Based between San Francisco, California, and London, he has built and led diverse teams across Europe, the U.S., and emerging markets.
Marcus asked his long-time friend Lee Grant to join as COO based on his extensive background in customer success and Salesforce, and together they have run a lean and organized team during the company's growth and development.
Recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the staffing industry (2018), a DE&I award winner (2023), and a Transform Top Leader (2024), Marcus is also an LP in Sempervirens VC and a previous AI in recruiting show host.
